It can vary a bit since it's handmade stuff. I ordered a labradorite pendant last month and it took about a week to get to me in Boston, so NYC should be similar.

From what I've seen, they're legit. I have a couple of their pieces and they feel and look like real crystals. You can tell the difference.

They definitely use real ones. I asked about it on their insta once and they confirmed it. They focus on the spiritual wellness aspect, so fakes wouldn't make sense.

They do, but I think it's only on orders over 50 bucks. So if your stuff is less than that, you'll probably pay for shipping.

Copper can sometimes do that, it's pretty normal with real copper. It's not harmful though, just a reaction. You can put a clear coat on it if it bothers you.

I've got a couple copper rings from them and haven't had issues, but I take them off for washing hands and stuff. If it does happen, it washes right off.
